Whether a skater is interested in building strong fundamentals, learning jumps and spins, expressing themselves through choreography, or exploring ice dance and showcase events, there’s a pathway for every personality and skill set. Lessons can be tailored to focus on freestyle, skating skills, choreography, showcase, solo dance, or show-style performance—helping each skater find what inspires them most on the ice.
Choreography
fully customized choreography designed to highlight each skater’s strengths, musicality, and personality. Whether creating a freestyle, showcase, or solo dance program, I focus on thoughtful music selection, seamless transitions, and expressive performance quality. My goal is to craft routines that feel natural and enjoyable for the skater while meeting the technical and artistic demands of their level. I work closely with each skater to build a program they feel confident and connected to every time they take the ice.
Pattern Dance
Pattern dance lessons focus on teaching skaters the foundational steps, timing, and edges of traditional ice dance patterns. Skaters learn proper rhythm, flow, and technique while developing strong edge quality, control, and musical interpretation. These lessons help build confidence for both testing and solo dance competition, offering a structured and enjoyable way to grow artistry and precision on the ice.
Skating Skills testing
Develop strong edges, control, and power while preparing for your next moves-in-the-field / skating skills test. Lessons focus on proper technique, quality of movement, and confidence so skaters feel fully ready to test at any level.
Freestyle
Build strong technique, confidence, and consistency with personalized freestyle instruction tailored to your level and goals. From jumps and spins to edge quality, transitions, and performance skills, these lessons help skaters progress safely and steadily while developing their own unique style on the ice.
Showcase
Develop performance quality, musical interpretation, and creative expression through theatrical skating. Skaters learn how to connect with the audience, tell a story on the ice, and build programs that highlight personality, artistry, and confidence.
Solo Free Dance
Develop musicality, expression, and advanced skating skills through tailored solo free dance instruction. These lessons focus on choreography, edge quality, turns, creativity, and performance presence—helping skaters build confidence and artistry while preparing for tests or competition.
